This privacy policy covers every Bizwity website, and all the products and services included on those websites.


This Privacy Policy explains what information Bizwity (collectively, “Bizwity”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collect from you, what we do with it, who can access it, and what you can do about it.


For this Privacy Policy “Personal Data” shall mean any data about an identified or identifiable individual, or any information that in combination with other non-personal information can reasonably be used to identify an individual.


WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

The type of information we collect from you depends upon the type of interaction you have with our Websites and Services, including the context of your interactions with Bizwity, the choices you make (including privacy settings) and the Services you use.


We gather information about you only if we need the information for some legitimate purpose. Bizwity will have information about you only if (a) you have provided the information (b) automatically collected the information, or (c) information obtained from a third party.


INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

Account signup – When you sign up for an account for our services, we ask for information like your name, contact number, email address, company name, and country to complete the account signup process. We will ask you to choose a unique username and a password for accessing the created account. You may also provide us with more information such as your photo, time zone, language, and employee details. 


Payment processing –  When you purchase from us, we ask you to provide your name, contact information, and payment account information. When you submit your card information, we store the name and address of the cardholder, the expiry date, and the last four digits of the credit card number. We do not store the actual credit card number. For quick processing of future payments, if you have given us your approval, we may store your card information or other payment information in an encrypted format in the secured servers of our Payment Gateway Service Providers.


Forms & Events –  We record information that you submit when you register for an event like a webinar or a seminar, subscribe to our newsletter or mailing list, submit a form for download, participate in contests or respond to surveys, submit a form to request customer support, get a quote or contact Bizwity.


Testimonials –  We post testimonials about our products and services on our websites. We may include your name and other information in the testimonial. 


We may record, analyze and use your interactions with us, including email, telephone, and chat conversations with our sales and customer support specialists, for improving our interactions with you and other customers.


INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Log Files – When you visit our websites, automatically collect information about your device hardware and software. This information can include the internet protocol address, browser type, language preference, time zone, date and time of access, operating system, mobile device manufacturer, and mobile network information. We include these in our log files to understand more about visitors to our websites.


Usage Data – We collect usage data when you in your Bizwity account interact with the Service. We engage third-party providers to collect usage data, and we only share data with these providers in an unidentified manner. Usage data includes metrics and information regarding your use and interaction with the Service such as product features you use the most, when an object (like a ticket) is opened and closed, and how often certain features are triggered in your account.


INFORMATION FROM THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Login – You can log in to Bizwity Services using supported service providers such as Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. These services will authenticate your identity and share personal information with us, such as your name and email address.


Partners, Affiliates, and Resellers – We may get your name, email address, company name, contact details and other personal information if 


(i) someone has referred any of our products or services to you through any of our referral programs;


(ii) you contact any of our affiliate partners and express interest in any of our service;


(iii) you comment on any review of our products and services; and from


(iv) third-party service providers that we engage for marketing our products and services


HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal information described above will depend on the Personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. We collect Personal information, where we have your consent to do so, where we need the Personal Data to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests of Bizwity (or those of any third party) and not overridden by your data protection interests. Sometimes, we may also have a legal obligation to collect your information to protect your vital interest.


CHOOSE THE INFORMATION TO SHARE

Disable cookies: You can disable browser cookies before visiting our websites. However, if you do so, you may not be able to use certain features of the websites.


Opt-out – You may use the unsubscribe function included in all messages to opt out of receiving newsletters and other non-essential messages. However, you will continue to receive important notices and emails such as account notification emails (password change, renewal reminders, etc.), security alerts, and payment-related emails. 


Optional information: You can choose not to provide optional profile information such as your photo. You can always choose not to fill in non-mandatory fields when you submit any form linked to our websites.


HOW AND WHO WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Third-party service providers – We may need to share your personal information and aggregated or de-identified information with third-party service providers that we engage, such as marketing and advertising partners, event organizers, web analytics providers, and payment processors. This will help them to identify, analyze and restore services, verify emails reported as spam, and manually verify scanned images that you submit to us. They also have access to your information shared by you for technical support or to import data into our products or services. We ensure that access by our employees to your service information is restricted to specific individuals, and is logged and audited.


Third-party integrations you have enabled – Most of our products and services support integrations. If you choose to enable any third-party integrations, you may be allowing the third party to access your service data and personal information about you. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of the third-party services and products before you enable integrations with them. 


Compelled Disclosure – We reserve the right to use or disclose your Personal Data if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.


We do not sell your personal information.


RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The duration of retention of your personal information depends on the type of information and how we collect and store it. After a reasonable period of time, we will either delete or anonymize your information. If this is not possible, then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible. 


We retain Personal Data that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes).


When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Data, we securely delete the information or anonymize it, if this is not possible, securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. We will delete this information at an earlier date if requested.


If you have opted for marketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest. We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was created. 


ACCESS & CONTROL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can request us to update the information we hold about you or rectify any inaccuracies. Based on the purpose for which we use your information, you can instruct us to add additional information about you to our database.


You have the right to request that we delete your personal data in certain events. Bizwity can only delete your personal data if there is no statutory obligation or prevailing right of Bizwity to retain it. In addition, if you request deletion of your personal data you will not be able to continue to use any Bizwity Services that require the use of your personal data.


EXTERNAL LINKS ON OUR WEBSITES

Some pages of our websites may contain links to websites that are not linked to this Privacy Policy. The privacy policies of the third-party sites will govern any information you submit to these third-party sites. As a safety measure, we recommend that you not share any personal information with these third parties unless you’ve checked their privacy policies and assured yourself of their privacy practices.


CHILDREN’S DATA

Bizwity Services is not intended for or targeted at individuals under 16 years of age. Bizwity does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16 years of age. However, using our products, you can collect information about individuals who may be children. If you process information relating to children, you acknowledge and agree that you will be responsible for complying with the applicable laws and regulations related to protection of such personal information


Social media 

Bizwity’s website and services gives you an option to participate in blogs and forums and include social media widgets such as Facebook, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, Youtube. These widgets may collect information such as your IP address, and may set a cookie to enable the widgets to function properly. Bizwity is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums. We encourage you to limit any personal information about yourself to a minimum. Your interactions with these widgets are governed by the privacy policies of the companies providing them.


COMPLIANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We make every effort, including periodic reviews, to ensure that personal information you provide is used in conformity with this Privacy Policy. If you have any concerns about our adherence to this Privacy Policy or the manner in which your personal information is used, kindly write to us support@bizwity.com We’ll contact you, and if required, coordinate with the appropriate regulatory authorities to effectively address your concerns.


CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy from time to time and in our sole discretion. We may send notification to you through a service announcement or by sending an email. Your continued use after the effective date of changes to the Privacy Policy will be deemed to be your agreement to the modified Privacy Policy. You will not receive email notification of minor changes to the Privacy Policy. If you are concerned about how your personal information is used, you should check back periodically.
